Crisis Ministry

Helping Hand Crisis Ministry is a 501 (c) (3) charitable organization

recent programs

Last year, we provided food and personal hygiene products to more than 1,100 people.  We served 215 different families of which 65 were first-time clients.

When asked what is the greatest commandment of all, Jesus answered, “Love your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength.  And love others as yourself.”

The purpose of the Crisis ministry is to love and care for our neighbors with tangible help and spiritual encouragement.

Each client is interviewed by one of our staff to determine if we can meet their needs.  If you are a new client please bring picture ID and be prepared to complete our registration form. Eligible clients may collect food items for one week at the time of interview.

The Ministry serves clients every Tuesday, from 4 to 6 PM at our location on Pace Bend Road.
